Skim/Pothole Patch (temp. fix):
Clean surface
Apply a tack coat of SS1h adhesive
Install surface 404 asphalt and compact
Seal edges with hot rubberized sealant

Mill and Fill:
Mill top 2-3” of asphalt & remove
Clean surface
Apply a tack coat of SS1h adhesive
